i have a slow internet so that when i play goldeneye online i lag out
there is no way that i can get faster internet because i live in a rural area
the is no faster internet for about 50 miles
if you know anyone that has slow internet like me please tell me

You should have posted this in the emulation forum.
anyway, I don't have a slow internet connection, but my PC is broken and my game goes at like 40-45fps so I can't play other people because I would **** the game for them, but if your case is, even if for different reasons, similar to mine, we could play some slo-mo GE xD |

close every internet windows what is connectiung with the internet. and go to the task-manager and set the priority of the procces for goldeneye online down. So that the computer do not have to transfer to much infos to the exe.
maybe you have a very high ping?

Also, IF you have wireless, get BT may be expensive But its worth it
