I usually have a low FPS around 5-15 on Goldeneye but i enabled some "Options" and it runs like a N64
Here how!
1) Have JaboDirect3D 8 as your video plugin
2) Go into Video Settings
3) Uncheck Advanced Settings (If already havent)
4) Go To Advanced
5) Check "Adjust Aspect Ratio", "Direct3D Pipeline" and "Force Z Compare"
6) Apply
Does it go wierd with the sky (or the surroundings in Frigate)
Then go into Video Settings
Uncheck Advanced Settings
Click Rom Settings
Make Direct3D Clear Mode set to Always
Apply
