Definetly Janus! I really thought that the coporation was really evil with the Goldeneye Satillite. But I thought the Datadyne Corporation was really dull in a way though, none of its aliens were really that powerful. The Janus Mariens were extermely dangerous though, full of body armor and armed to the teeth.

dataDyne, easily. Even when you subtract what the Skedar gave them, their technology/ambitions are far ahead of Janus. Whereas Trevelyan was focused on revenge with money as an aside, dataDyne wants world power. A good Bond equivalent would be the Carver Media Group Network.
