There were tons of nice FPS games on N64.
Our favorites are of course Goldeneye and Perfect Dark,
but if these games would have not been ever released, what N64 FPS game would have you played then?

Maybe you could count Forsaken 64 and Star Wars Shadows Of The Empire as FPS games also, but didn't include them in the list,
there are also some other titles around, I just put in few most popular.

The Quake series are combined, because they are much like same, same done with Turok series also, I think the first two ones we're most innovative, while the 2 later parts we're more focused on multiplayer.
Very Happy

I liked turok 1 a lot.
turok 2 was much more impressive and all, but I feel like it somehow was too awesome and lost a bit of the fun and it was much easier to get lost in some levels, specially the last ones, being too centered in corridor like maps.
Also many weapons had way too long firing animations which made them somewhat ineficient and slow, with some exceptions.

I agree with radorn 100%, Turok 2 levels were so big that you got lost for hours. Laughing
turok 2 had fun multiplayer 'thou

I picked rainbow six, 'cause I enjoyed it in co-op mode back then, the enemies we're stupid but it was still fun doing those plans, that always failed badly. Later I played it though on Elite difficulty, by only doing planning, and only spectating myself what my teammates did, it was rewarding.

My favourite FPS are Duke Nukem 64 and Turok : Rage Wars. They are REALLY good and i can only recommend to play them. Specially Turok : Rage Wars - You can play this game very good with mouse and keyboard with Project 64.

Out of the FPS titles for the N64 that I've played, I'd have to say that I most enjoyed Duke Nukem 64 and the first two Turok games. I'm also a little on the fence regarding Hexen. I don't know whether I like it or not. I think I'd need to play it again to make a solid decision. Maybe I dabbled into too much cheating and GameSharking to enjoy it...
