Grim Fandango is awesome.
My brother has been addicted to X-Com for a while now. The first sequel was good as well (the aquatic one), but don't even look at the third.
Stunningly, they didn't list any IFs. The hitchiker's game was excellent and vastly more verbose than most.

The original NfS?
I liked the first ones, 1, 2, Hot Pursuit and High Stakes.
Porsche Unleashed was great too.
The downhill started from Hot Pursuit 2.
First one is still my fave, just because my car is (almost) in it.
