That's probably the point. The original Klobb from GE and KLO1313 from PD is known as one of the worst weapons in the history of gaming. It's about half as powerful as regular handguns, even. So if it is that bad in the XBLA version, than at least it sounds like they did something right.

Who's overrating it?
If anything, people usually underrate it.
I actually like it's quietness.
But yeah, it's meant to be absurd. I mean, they named it after Ken Lobb. Need I say more?
