Brosnan I guess you could put, isn't even that old. He could still play some amazing roles.

Yea, It seems like they changed actors purely for the sake of change. Brosnan, for me, will forever be the only bond (mainly because of the video games) but I'm sure the directors just thought that a change of actor would be a good move for the franchise..
Anyway, back to subject, I loved playing Super Mario as Iron Man, my buddy tripped out when he saw me playing it.. Lol..

| I believe it was Brosnan himself who said he didn't want to take on the role of James Bond anymore. It's not like they replaced him because they didn't want Brosnan anymore, but rathe he resigned. |

I had read that he would take the role, but wanted a little more creative control. Apparently he didn't like what went on with Die Another Day, but who could blame him?
I think the two biggest problems were...
Casino Royale was supposed to be a reboot of the franchise. Bond needed to be younger and less experienced. Brosnan may not have fit that role of Bond so perfectly.
Also, Barbara Broccoli - daughter of the late Albert "Cubby" Broccoli - took over his position as producer after he'd passed. What better opportunity for her to pull some strings and get her friend Daniel Craig the leading role?
