Check this out. It's my awesome, new, epicly sized multiplayer level of Area 51! This cool ROM patch has 99 player respawn points, 4 Capture the Case bases, 24 Capture the Case respawns (6 per team), 20 different rooms for King of the Hill, 40 weapons scattered throughout the map, and 80 ammunition boxes with two attached to each weapon. It has all of the solo mission doors, glass, areas, objects, props, elevators, hoverbikes, etc. from all three Area 51 missions. I hope the PD community enjoys this one. I think it's done now, at least for the first official release of it. The one before it didn't count. Forget that Infiltration Beta crap I put out earlier. This is getting included in my full ROM conversion of every solo level to multiplayer as well. Might lag a little bit, but as far as I know this is what I dreamed about. Here it is...

I wish I could post screenshots, but unfortunately the only webspace storage service I'm on right now is Megaupload and I'd be posting links to screenshots, not directly posting them in the topic. I would appreciate for the community to snap a bunch and put them on here. That would be great. Thanks to SubDrag for the wonderful PD Setup Editor! Peace.
EDIT: It no longer has 99 respawn points. That was just far too many and the stage didn't load in any scenario except Capture the Case mode. Everything is still the same though. The Megaupload link has been updated with the new ROM patch and it's ready to be posted on Perfect Dark Vault! Working on Air Base multi now...

Sounds amazing!!! I can't get it load though, seems to just hang when loading level w 1P no sims. Maybe bad version of patch? |

Ack, so maybe PD can't handle 99 respawns. Try playing Capture the Case with eight simulants and tell me if you like the level. I'm going to have to go back and fix this problem and even find the max number of spawns you can have through trial and error. I believe that's probably the issue. 99 of them is way too much. |

It's definitely the spawns, I knocked it to down to 0xF spawns, and it worked fine. The limit appears to be 0x1C spawns, 28. Unfortunately you will have to make do with that I tested it until it crashed, and 28 # spawns is the real total. |

But did you like the level in Capture the Case mode? You can use the hoverbikes for capturing runs and that makes it easier and more interesting. It means people can get away pretty fast, but there's the option of targeted rockets and CMP-150's follow lock on mode. You could still use methods like sticking remote mines to hoverbikes for when they take off with your team's case. I'll try to balance 28 respawns in the map. There's a ton of huge areas so maybe it'll be like one respawn in each big room all throughout the map. The level works fine with 20 hills which is what I included. I'll just have to revision normal spawning. There's 40 weapons and 80 ammunition boxes I think. I really like this level. I'll finish this one up and then do Air Base multiplayer for real. |

I have 0x1C or 28 respawn points and Project 64 crashes when I load so how is that the limit? Sorry everyone, but the release is on hold.  |
