I know Nintendo sells all of the original controllers for the original systems. So, with the backward compatability, would you want to use the old sticks, or use the new wand controller? I'm a bit of a traditionalist in that they game were designed with a certain controller in mind. I would prefer to use the original controller. Having said that, I'm not buy new old controllers!! |

As interesting as it'd be using the new remote controller for the virtual console on the Nintendo Wii, I'd feel much more comfortable playing with the same controller originally issued to the system the game was designed for. |

there will be some pro modders out there that will make a way to connect the controllers YOU own to the Wii. _________________ zerojett lives on! |

The Classic controller that Nintendo has made for the Wii is actually pretty cool looking. It's almost a combination of all the different styles spanning the last four consoles. Not sure how it'll play for N64 games, but it should do quite well for NES and SNES titles. I'd definitely like to try one out sometime. _________________

Yeah I'd like to use the original controller, but I think using this new one might be better, especially considering the N64 controllers wear out.
I'll still make use of the N64 after Wii is released. |
