Don't want to make a bunch of noise and attract a group of unsavory individuals armed to the teeth? Afraid you might run out of ammunition before the fight is over? Than the Combat Knife is just what you need! Slice and dice through your opponents as easily as you would a tomato. And if slashing isn't enough, you can always hurl it at an unsuspecting foe. Get yours today! Buy one, and get a second at no extra cost - just pay shipping and handling.
When switching from Slash mode to the Throw function, your knife flips around and is caught between your thumb and index finger. After you've taken aim, holding the fire button will ready the knife, drawing it back for extra power. Once the button is released, the blade is thrown with great accuracy. Just watch your enemies writhe in pain as they get stuck with the pointy end.

Oh my god one of my most Favorite Goldeneye Weapons are finely in this game. I been waiting for a while for one of these weapons.
Great job Wreck as always.

| I love that conversion of the combat knife and the footage looks fantastic, I have a desire to try it and I have even more desire for weapons that still remain from Goldeneye. power has been corrected to remove the poison of the knife when it is released? |

Yes, the poison effect is now completely gone. In Patch 4a, the poison was removed from VR mode, but still existed in the mission campaign. SubDrag figured out where that was set and has since disabled it. They do the same damage as in the original, without slowly draining your health after having one stuck in you.
A few more weapons are in the works, and hopefully won't take too long to finish up. I'll be sure to post some pictures once they're good enough to show off.

At least its better in PD than GoldenEye with the ability to use the knife either way (rather than throw only or slash only).
Hey, I noticed an option in PD called Head Roll.
It (seems to) enables the motion when stood still and running like in GoldenEye. (I wounder why they made this an option?)
Could this be re-named and then altered to have other properties, such as poison/unconsciousness etc?
