Well I don't know why you bring up a 2 month old topic. Also this Tournament is getting no where at all since the first post. And doing a online tournament takes a lot of time and trouble to do so. You need to pick times for people from america and other users from other country's as well.
Plus only 4 people can join in Goldeneye. So it make it hard to add more players to one game.
And the lag and desync issues.
I don't see it ever happening.
