so far i discovered blank and blank are
Ok so im by no means perfect but i know how to respect other players..
imo, nothing is worse then, when you beat someone in a game and they turn around and say they did not try.
but yet they claim they play for fun.. hows it fun for your opponent if youre not trying?
i didn't try is just a cop out tbh, it is the oldest excuse there is to save face..
so if your owning me and so called not trying... what does that tell me?
well i suck at this game and have no problem admitting it. but i intend to try to get better. but if we play a 1 vs 1 match please try out of respect for me.

to get another thing clear. being serious and trying are not the same thing.
i play tecmo superbowl online and im in a league.. when i have a league game im in serious mode
and when i do a practice game with someone im in fun mode but im still trying 100%.
the only time i don't try is when im playing a noob or someone i know who sucks and i can still beat just messing around.
so these two people, imo, are saying no one is good enough for them and they will win without trying...
if that's not the definition of being a selfish prick then i don't know what is.

Notatroll or your other name GoldeneyeJoe. This entire topic is very useless. Every player has there own style. And there own ways how they play. Some won't try while others will give it all they got to win a game. You making it seem like Goldeneye is not for fun only. I am sorry but this entire topic is completely useless. There no reason to have this about 2 players who just wants to play this game for fun. And yes those "Blank and Blank" Is me and Grimreaper360. But we been playing the game for years none stop. And I have only played it for fun all my life. Of course there been days where you want to kick someone rear at times. But Goldeneye is mostly for the fun and love that it gives everyone enjoyment from it. Rare did amazing job on the title. And turning it into something like how Call Of Duty is will just kill it for everyone else. Goldeneye does not need such a thing at all. In my point of view its just for fun. Nothing else. Its a great way to get the family to join in a game of a 4 player shoot out. And yes we had our times when we got mad at each other for winning over and over. But that just part of the game. That how i see it. And you should see it that way as well. But I am not putting your opinion down at all. Everyone thinks differently.

you obviously cant read what i posted... trying and taking something to heart is not the same thing.
trying and having fun should co-exist, not trying and being serious.
off topic alittle.... but when did playing someone 1 vs 1 to see whos better become so serious?
friendly competition is the best thing there is.
grim and you turned it to something negative (for what reason i have no clue?)

ok I was running around slapping?? that's because I was getting spawn killed and shot unarmed. So why bother trying? To me it's not fun when as soon as you press start, you get shot.

my apologies if you think that I shouldn't come into this. But here's an advice from an awful player-  -it's really no problem to suck. And yes, I know, if you suck, the chance of situations like this rises. But it's the smartest to keep showing you can actually improve. Practice makes perfect, and this situation costs time you could have spend in becoming better.
Do not take this too serious. it's just an ATTEMPT of calming down the things here  |
