Hello everyone, after the recent headaches of the Goldeneye VMF shenanigans i have worked on a Goldeneye Doom mod, it is going to use the GoldenEye TC pk3 and the Doom 2 wad.
the title pretty much says it all soo ill give you a couple of screenshots of what i have finished.
Maps Complete:
-Dam
-Facility
-Runway
-Train
Hope you guys enjoy.

i am not too sure if i get your question. the copy of doom 2 i am using is from steam. i have never heard of the ge64 levs wad, is it a full on goldeneye mod like this? .
For my mod i have a been usimg the goldeneye players guide to have a refrence. it helps alot since it has all the maps layed out to where its compared to the way maps are made in GZ Doom builder. |

Hm.. it's working in ST but not Z.. I guess work was halted ? ST was retired and merged somewhat into Z
They run the classic id software games on modern OS, if you're not on Steam.. ahh, GZDoom huh ? Ya, they're based on that
Anyways, I ran GE PWADs again, it seems that ge64levs.wad doesn't add any map ? I thought I could drag it in WinRAR to have a peek but no dice
14 maps, def. not complete:

ge64levs.wad .. should it have anything useful
Train is lookin good man, and I'd like to see how sick a full house deathmatching on Dam would be. Dam's outposts could be good for CTF too _________________

ohhh i get what you are saying. i use Z for testing out the maps.
i took a look at the ge64 wad, it doesnt really have anything usefull for textures and the maps dont look like Goldeneye. its more like Doomstyle.
if you have slade you can check out everything inside the wad if you want to look at stuff inside of it. |

Looking very neat, though the resolution on those images are huge - I would recommend downsizing them a bit. _________________
