I was looking for an easy way to update my AR to the latest version and codes list.
So I downloaded N64 V3 Utilities from this page: http://doc.kodewerx.org/tools.html#gs_pro_utils
Reflashed my AR cart with no problems using an old Win 98 computer.
Previously I was on a Action Replay Pro 3.21, but I guess the ar3.enc file included was actually the Gameshark version because now my Action Replay has become a Gameshark Pro 3.30, resulting in a flickery menu screen when used on my PAL N64, because I guess the Gameshark was made for the NTSC standard? If anyone could provide the correct PAL (Action Replay) version of ar3.enc I would be very happy  |

Here's the PAR 3.3

Rename that file to ar3.enc to use it with the official Datel utilities.
ESA was complaining about my mediafire account. Luckily it wasn't outright deleted and only set on permanent private mode.
