I have noticed that games like GoldenEye, Perfect Dark, Diddy Kong Racing, Jet Force Gemini and Mickey's Speedway USA are games that can be edited, Since the company that created Army Men Sarge's Heroes went bankrupt, so it is possible that you can create some PC program to edit the game Army Men Sarge's Heroes? I would like to know

Filetable's been mapped and the compression is a known one.
The only real limitation is somebody spending the considerable time necessary to tear apart all the different file formats and documenting them.

Does that mean that if it is possible to edit the game? Because if that's possible, that's good, it does not matter if it takes a long time to create the program, we can all and must be patient, they did not have that idea to create a program to edit Army Men Sarge's Heroes right? That is a good idea

There is no editor on the internet, if it is a game known, there are videos on the internet of the game, so it is a suggestion the existence of edit this game
