Here we go! Shall the controller players stand strong against the mouse/keyboard invasion! I really hope that you can sort games or make preferences specific to playing only 360 players. I like the idea of blending it all into one, but level playing field is what really makes for meaningful online multiplayer.

Yes, the first multiplatform game is Shadowrun. I can be on my 360, you can be on your pc, and I can send you an invite and play the same game. The same thing can be done with Cell phones, pc and xbox 360...games like uno can be played on all three platforms keeping the same profile.

I cannot wait for Vista to come out!

I will say again, there better be a way of seperating or sorting or listing what system players are on. I don't like the controller vs mouse/keyboard situation. Sorry I'm really comptetitive and losing sucks especially when it's based on disadvantage/hardware. Rant over...

I watched an interview about a game called Shadowrun, which will be the first multiplatform game on Xbox 360 and PC this april. Now the developers mentionned how they set up the controls where there aren't any advantages between using the controller vs. keyboard mouse...they've been working on the control issues for the last 6 months and they are happy how the controls are right now. Lastly, they've mentionned those who are good with a controller will find this game really easy etc...

Now I dont have the exact link of this interview, but it was posted on www.gametrailers.com

I've never played FPS on my pc, I am a console person, so It won't bother me when it comes against people playing on their PC's. I guess we'll have to wait until Windows Vista lauch to see how this game goes online Smile

There's people who are better and worse at both. It really comes down to personal preference. But I do see what you mean. With this, is there a choice of wheather you want an all consel or all pc game, or are they all mixed?
