GoldenEye 007 Nintendo 64 Community, GoldenEye X, Nintendo 64 Games Discussion

[Wreck]

GoldenEye on the Wii's Virtual Console. It's been brought up by many gamers, and has recently even been discussed with Nintendo of America's acting President, Reggie Fils-Aime. He claims that they'd like to have it included on their downloadable game list, but there's a lot of licensing hurdles to overcome before it'll take place. Whether or not it'll happen, is in the hands of many different companies. Will the love of gaming win out, or will the ugly face of greed make an appearance and bicker about financial gain? Until we get a definite answer, here's an image I made a few months back.

Someday I hope to build an advanced Nintendo 64 with a modem accessory, and reprogram GE from scratch in assembly code.

I think theres a good chance we'll see Goldeneye on the Wii. Its one of only a few games that nintendo has ever specifically mentioned they want on the VC.

Also, I dunno if you guys keep up with the PSP hacking scene, but the next version of the N64 emulator for PSP is coming out in a week or 2. Not sure if goldeneye is playable yet, but in the last version Mario 64 was playable with no sound.
