Well, somewhat. Real life getting in the way is the bigger issue. Presently, the trouble with the modeling is that the best I can do is try to fit the textures to the head polygons already in the game. Since I don't want to replace the face textures of any of the Bond characters or the scarred guards, I'm a bit limited in what's available to me.
I keep wondering if the polygons for the other Bond heads were removed completely or reused for other characters. Anybody know anything about that?
Anyway, I did some work on the All Bonds tonight and I think I'm getting close.
Connery should be spot on, once I tweak the alignment of the face and remove some white from the side textures. Moore just needs the sides aligned, though I wonder if the head polygon has too wide a chin. On the other side of things, I think I need to use a completely different head for Dalton. The nose is too far down the face to work methinks.
Here's a screenshot, using Lee for Connery, Robin for Dalton and Jim for Moore:
@monkeyface: If you'd like to work together on this, I'm game. |
