Export the path table from the original crade level, save it and then import that file into your level. See if that works.

That is why it's a bad idea to create deadlines for yourself. If he needs more time, I'm sure no one is going to get upset over it. The end product needs to be a solid product. Just release the mod when it's good and ready.

Luck is back on my side! When I "remade" the project following the tutorial, I loaded the project to see if the right textures loaded, they did and everything that I did is stil there! I checked sets and they aren't wierd. Im gonna have a look around, seeing if EVERYTHINg is still there.
 Friday the 13th people!
EDIT: It was rolled back to an alpha testing part. I know what to do though!

Hay Spyster i Got To Tell You That i Find Sumting New
Wen i Wus Editing My Level on Archives it wud not Work in Game For 4 Player So i Wus Mad But That Did Not Stop Me So i Load Up Facility
And Got The Cradle With Land in Facility But Then i Notess That
i Did Not Have All My Stuff in My Level Wen i Load My Setup File it Load
Archives Insted i Wus like Wut The Heck Then i Did Sumthing New i
Rename Archives Setup File Ump_setuparchZ To This Facility Setup File Ump_setuparkZ Then i Open my Cradle With Land Wen it Wus Done
Loading i Click on File Then Open Setup Click on Ump_setuparkZ
Then it Load! i Wus So Happy Maybe if You Open Your decoy antenna Setup File You Can Rename it And it Work For You

Opening the setup file doesnt do anything, as mines is saved via Project.

I am not making it exactly the same, the level is gonna be diferent from last time, adding more enemys and maybe friends.

I haven't worked on it recently, because of school troubles. I am in S2 (Senior2 - Scotland), which is 9th Year in England and 9th Grade in America.
