 |

Which levels will load in solo/multi? I do Open Project --> Air Force One, then I add clipping. Since It is Runway, I assume that it is Runway's setup, BG, and clipping. I injected Air Force One into the ROM with a bit of clipping done and a start point. I go to select Runway in the solo menu and it won't load at all. Need help. Thanks. |

Are you injecting a PD clipping file? PD clipping and GE clipping are not the same....
If not, make sure you inject an emptyclipping.bin file and then start clipping from there. Then Stan Convert etc and then test it. |

I opened AirForceOne in project mode made it barebones and then I did Input Clipping File --> emptyclipping.bin. I then added some clipping and a solo start point and injected the whole thing into the ROM. Since the default level for all the PD project mode files is Runway I just selected Runway in solo and nothing happened. Please explain the whole procedure.
NOTE: I also did the Stan Converter |

Did you save your clipping and setup after you created them? You need to save them (easiest way is to save a new project, but the fastest way is to save each file you modified separately) first, then inject the new project. |

Also, make sure everything in the project is saved to one single folder with nothing else in it, to prevent from the editor getting (for lack of better word) "confused" |

You need to do Save as Project first with the PD ones, and pick the ROM with textures. The loading of PD project I don't think works straight off the bat saving it. It should load in-game though, try with only a Bond start point (delete all objects). Probably is a bad object in the setup conversion, so you will need to delete all objects then start from scratch.
Cause I believe Wreck got every level going. My auto-conversion prob. failed for the setup itself. Sometimes it's the glass, delete the glass, and types of objects till it loads. Or start from scratch setup-wise as I mentioned. |

I believe that I tried to make extraction barebones and the setup kept converting back to Runway's original setup whenever I closed it and loaded it back up again after saving. So I injected the whole thing into the ROM and it did not work. Erm, I mean load.
By the way, I don't need to go about deleting rooms now do I? To get the stages to load properly?
Oh and one more thing. I need a full background file of Defection in the PD viewer so that I can make my Lost City multiplayer map. I don't know why you changed it. |

The setup files will not save when I overwrite the project folder. |

I opened Extraction-LowerTower and did Make Level Barebones --> Save As Project. I saved to C:\Program Files\GEEdit2\PDFiles\extraction and chose the ROM in that folder as base. So now the setup file is overwritten and it should be barebones, but it didn't work. When I reopened my project the setup file converted back to it's original state w/crates and guards, etc. |

You should be fine saving into the PD folder, it's not a good idea since you'll need to reinstall the PD pack to get the clean files back, but it'll work. You should be able to save projects anywhere, I have mine in GEEdit2/Projects/[Project Name]. |
