In my basement level I was just looking through the setup file and noticed some of the path sets going through walls

Has anyone noticed a problem involving this because I do not remember matching them up like that I am unsure what could have went wrong

Its floating I mean it goes all through the level 2 sets at each end connected Mad

Did you accidentally join two path presets that were across walls? Prob. not, so I don't know what happened. You can remove the link I think.

I'm wondering if this is a new editor bug, it sounds identical to the problem corrigo21 described here. To my knowledge it has never happened to any other setups, and you've made quite a few, so I imagine you would've noticed it in one of them if it was a problem there from the beginning.

There is one way to unlink the path network but you'll have to relink the entire thing again afterward. Go into the path editor and import from a blank text file; this will not only get rid of all the user path links, but also the entire path network.

So in short it will mean I have to start the path sets over again and it will delete all the guards paths.

There are quite a few guard paths in that level many of which are part of the Random Path action block so that would take some time but i may try do it when I have some free time, possibly when I have fully returned Smile

If you export in path editor (in the Edit Paths), then delete out that preset and all that referenced it, and import it back, you wouldn't need to do all that.

On simple tests I can't find anything inherently wrong with the sets, they seem to be linking properly. Although the level just disappeared when I showed sets, which is...odd. But I think that's my machine.

Can anyone reproduce it in some sequenced manner?

Can the path editor delete path sets because I had a similar problem with my KAIENTAI Archives and I had to restart it from scratch

OK but i would most likely need some help to prevent the possibility of me losing all the paths unless it just requires both the presets numbers to remove them and thats it Smile
