Rejoice! PAL users can now capture their own ramrom demos! File is updated with a NGEP patch to allow MP replays and capture stuff. Same link as before.

Due to the lack of a debug menu, the controls to start and stop the video are hardcoded into certain menus.
Also due to the lack of a debug menu, the system for using different set numbers is a bit screwy. It uses c-button combinations, all of which are listed in the readme.
Basic operation:
To record solo stages:
On the difficulty select screen, hold L + R.
To record MP stages:
On the MP options menu, hold L + R.
To stop recording:
Holding c-up + c-down during gameplay stops recording. Recording also stops automatically at the end of a stage. For PAL, MP stages do not stop recording until the menus are closed.
Debug's "Replay Ramrom" feature is not supported. It hardly ever works right on NTSC anyway. However, files do work on reinsertion.
+_+
Two important notes. PAL ramrom files are incompatible with NTSC. Also, you have to resort to the same stupid methods to capture and insert your demos. Why? Internal issue: CPU clock, shorter cycles, etc.
The readme contains instructions on usage and reinsertion. Do at least scan it over if you haven't the slightest clue what's wrong.

Fantastic work, zoinkity.
Without the ability to produce new levels for PAL ROM it's a bit pointless, though. Making new demos for the original missions doesn't sound as exiting as making them for a level you constructed
But that doesn't make this any less of an achievement, so congratulations and thank you |

You can inject anything manually ;*)
I've been concidering that, and might be able to make a sort of recompiler similiar to but vastly inferior to the editor's own ability. Sort of have to for the other nasty project, so might as well offer broader support. _________________ (\_/) Beware

By request, made up a win16 app that allows you to autopatch, upload, and download ramrom files. This is only for NGEE games, because quite honestly I'm not certain where the data lies in other region games.
It's here, with source:
