Hello everyone! Haven't been around in a while. Suddenly a few days ago I had the urge to make some soundtracks for Goldeneye and to learn to import it into the Setup Editor.
I can say it was one frustrating experience seeing how my Reason program would export midi's with all the instruments being the same and all on 1 channel, and I didn't know how to get the instruments to set properly for the midi so I had to find some random free midi program, which was Anvil Studio.
Then after figuring how to set the instruments properly, I had an issue with the midi playing properly in-game haha, half the instruments would play out of nowhere and get all mixed up. After hours of going back and forth, I figured my issue was the midi sample rate was being exported in 44100 kHz and I couldn't lower it to 22050 kHz with Reason (The older versions could) and Anvil Studio. So, I went and got Audacity, imported my midi to it, set the Project rate (Hz) to 22050, exported it, then imported it into Setup Editor, and finally getting my midi playing right.
I still had some issues! While the instruments would play correctly, the notes would cancel each other out. After about an hour, I figured it had too many sounds playing at once so, I kept having to delete instrument tracks and reducing the notes til I FINALLY got it to work!
Anyway, enough story time with Ultralisk, to the results! Enjoy!

I was thinking about creating an original level, that takes place at a desert or something, to give this song better use, but I'll probably be too lazy for it and may just throw out my midi for others to use. If I am lazy, I'll just make midi's and give em out for y'all to use! _________________ Music comes from within!

That's actually really good. Definitely Goldeneye at its core but with just enough changed to sound totally new. |

I've been told the limit is 8 notes on at one time, although from experience seems like occasionally some instruments end up making limit a little lower...but may be illusion before knew 8 limit. |

Thank you bmw and mistamontiel!
@SubDrag
Yeah, I feel that the limit is lower but it's probably because I had strings going on in the background. It still sounded good, now I just need to get the reverb working right at least. _________________ Music comes from within!
