I've rigged sonic and imported him with LODs. After injecting and running the game crashes after the intro camera in a mission. He works on the actors screen though.

It works in-game on a clean ROM, perhaps you are overflowing the DL buffer limit? |

This may be correct, removing the LODs made it stop crashing. Are there any tips to prevent overflow? _________________ Playing old, low poly games since 2003 |

* Group primary triangles then reorder alpha triangles (both found within triangle tools)
* Don't use LODs for Bond character (like PD does for Joanna)
* Reduce triangle count for model
* Mod PD instead :)))) |
