I found this useful in trying to determine a close approximation between a preset and another point.
I am using Blender.
The scale is 1 Blender Unit = 1cm
I have a line (an edge between two vertices, one of which is where the preset would be, the other is the one I will move with the mouse)
In the video, I made the lines thicker to make it easier to see.
So, simply drag your mouse around until you find the distance from the preset you want calculated. You will need to be in edit more and have the Length info box ticked for edges.
In the video I got around 540 Blender Units.

Great way to visualize those values. You will need to still adjust the values based on what actual in game results, but that should get you pretty darn close without a lot of guess work. |
