I'm not sure who made this, but I found it one day and it's pretty nice. I'm posting it because I know there will be some people who like this.
For those of you who don't know how to hack (like me), you can still make your own weapon set. Just pick the weapons you want and copy the code into your code list.

RSB was the original hacker, but I'm sorry to say that I can't remember who it was that put this great program together. He posted it back on the old GoldenEye Forever message board. GE Master used to have a link to it on the website. It's definitely a wonderful tool for anybody wanting to create their very own weapon set. |

though there's a little bug, Klobb gets the wrong kind of ammo placed.
I can't test it out right now... which ammo does the Klobb use? i could fix that then. |

I know PP7 silenced and DD44 use the same bullets, but the Klobb is 50% weaker. |

PaD! I have been meaning to repost your great program on the home page. I'll do up a nifty graphic for it.
Klobb wise, I was digging in my notes and I'm not sure about the digit for the ammo. 01 is the weakest, or at least the pp7 or zmg type ammo. One digit below 01? 02 from my notes is an unknown. I'd be surprised if Wreck couldn't answer this!!...
Okay um, try 00 as the digit below pp7 ammo? |

the briefcase didn't make any sense in my eyes, neither did things like the micro camera (I think it was weapon ID 23). |

it's written in Visual Basic and uses the VB6 runtimes, I don't think Mac has those

he told me he's gonna host it with the next update.
Argh, too bad I didn't backup the character editor I made once.
It's gone now.
It was similar to the WSE and allowed you to customize characters, such as body, head, size (view height), picture etc
was kinda funny, too bad that several heads are linked to specific suits.
Maybe I could rewrite that one sometime.
Oh, and I once made a PAL version (Action Replay, XPloder64 possibly) version of the WSE, it's slightly more advanced than the NTSC one.
The data was dumped by Zoinkity.

I don't really like to look as though I'm double-posting, but I'm jonesing to see a multiplayer character editor, PaD. If you were able to do it once, you should have no problems doing it again. I've got all the neccessary codes for NTSC, if you need them. Since I went through and rehacked all of the crap - due to the fact that some addresses were wrong and they lacked the p.o.v. mods - I can send them your way. Just post on here to let me know.
