It was facility. I was looking about on the action blocks. Im suggesting that it was from a Scientist that runs into the toilets (which ive seen before in N64 version)

Yep, that's the scientist with the A-level keycard that runs to the bathroom. I'm kind of partial to "If only I had a gun!!!", which is also from the scientist blocks.

I mentioned that already, it's in every mission that has scientists.

I dont think a scientist would have a grenade as it shows under the debug comment

Certain scientists will randomly throw grenades. I know of atleast one, in the largest lab room in Facility. But they usually need to be prompted first, by inflicting enough damage on them to change their current action routine. Not to say that they won't toss a hand grenade before that, it's just not nearly as common.

All of the game's scientists can throw grenades, I never really looked into how before. First off, once you get them to pull out a DD44 by shooting them two or more times they act like normal guards. First they jump to 0010, which makes them draw the DD44, and that block jumps to 0008, with it set to return to 0002 once they reach Bond. They can throw grenades once their block is set to 0002.

The more interesting way, the one I never really noticed before even though I've worked with these blocks, is seen in HackBond's screenshot. That grenade throw is triggered by shooting a scientist one or more times and there is randomness involved (greater than $40 to jump). The scientist will throw their grenade, then should go back to acting like a normal scientist. I've never seen this happen in all the years I've been playing this game, and it seems like the action block is stacked against it. In order to get to this point, Bond must either shoot the scientist or another guard, but the block checks if Bond has fired a shot before those two checks, and goes into a different loop. It might not even be possible to trigger that part of the block.

I have triggered it before in Facility, one scientist threw a grenade and killed about 5 other buddies of his then acted as if nothing happened Laughing

It does happen, but it's pretty rare. I've probably only had it happen about twice in the whole time I've played the game. It could have been more, but those were the times I knew what had just taken place.

Scientist: "Hmm, what's this in my pocket? Yikes!!"
tosses the grenade...
BOOM!
Scientist: "Whoops! Umm, Karl? You okay?"
