I have 4 boxes in my map followed by 2 helicopters, 2 motorcycles and Ourumovs Car. It that ok

Two different helicopters, or two of the same one? Vehicles take up a lot of texture memory, so you'll need to becareful with them. If the level either doesn't load or has image errors, try increasing the "-mt" for the stage in the GoldenEditor's 21990 Modifications -> Stage Options menu. If that still doesn't help the situation, lose whatever is least important in your mission setup and try again.

well i removed the Unneeded Helicopter

I got the flag replaced but it wont show on gameplay

The white on those D5K's tells me you've used too many textures. You could try allowing more, but I would go through and see if there are any unnecessary objects you could pull out first. Are you building this on top of the existing Frigate setup? That's probably a bad idea, Frigate tends to crash with the smallest amount of additions.
Also, if you hold down the alt key when you hit printscreen it will just give you the active window. |

The white is always there, when I play every level the guns are white
And im not building this over the original Frigate, I cleared it with Make Level Bare-Bones
