Promoted beta to full installer.
BMW discovered a small error in the redo clipping connections in clipping mode. It only affected "cube" stairwells, which is unlikely to have affected anyone else. It was trying to find direction based on clipping to side instead of below it, so now it does best match.

Also newest editor contains first cut at model editor and pd importer (must change the number 05s to match, but many models do work), and also in preferences / Tools -> emulator ability to sync mupen ini.

Per BMW, turns out even though editor is now doing what it's supposed to, it's still not working for cubes, though I do not know why. |

It looks like some clipping tweaks in my level are in order. This is very possibly a flaw in the game that can't be overcome.
EDIT - after looking at the cabin porches in surface, here is the fix I came up with:
