How i got DX.9. is to install The Sims Pet Story thats how i got it if you dont have The Sims Pet Story
then maybe you sud check out your computer games you have you may have DX.9 in one of your games you have. this is the best way not to get a vires

Finally works .I can finally select objects in Visual Editor without it crashing.Turns out all I had to do was remove d3dx9d_31.dll. Thanks for the help people  .I will post more questions if I have any |

Ah, it's good to see that you've got it working. I know it can be frustrating, but it just takes a little time, a little patience, and a little help from some of our fine members here at Shooters.
