Could try to use that to isolate instances from each other. |

Actually, no. I wanted it so that you could press the modifier plus A and set that tile to AAA. Presets are a pretty cool idea too, though.
I'm not seeing the options to copy and paste the colors, but that would speed things up just as much, I think. Has the benefit of working with color too. |

Oh wait that was for bgfile. I'll try and think what's best to accomplish this but I won't be able to get to it till next week. |

Thinking about it myself, I think I'd prefer the copy and paste color option to what I suggested. Provided there's a key combination for it and it can be applied to multiple tiles, that will be just as fast and more useful when dealing with colored tiles. |

I've been getting a lot of crashes while working with clipping today. I don't know if this will be any help, but here's what Windows has to say about it:

Where can I find the GE editor download that's NOT at the goldeneye vault? The reason is because I keep getting a "The file contains invalid data." Everyone says try downloading somewhere else but I can't find other places! Help please? Maybe some links? |

It's not happening very often, but occasionally the positioning of one of my clipping tiles is moved when I reopen the project. They seem to get mirrored from where they were originally. First noticed this on a test, where I couldn't walk down a staircase. I couldn't figure out why not, since I had done so before. When I checked in the editor, one of my tiles was moved from where it was supposed to be to blocking the steps.
A similar issue, possibly related, is that occasionally you can't select a certain tri. You can click on it, but it selects a different tri. If that tri is deleted, clicking the tile you're attempting to select will just select a different one. |

There's an issue with larger PD text files in the text editor. If you go to load in "LPDmpmenuE", you're given a message. "Cut off: Warning Max Text Digits reached". Exporting larger ones can also give weird issues. I think DB and I have both had to make changes to these big files in a Hex Editing program because of this.
LoptionsE : 1EE
LmpmenuE: 1F0
I'd say it'd be safe to allow up to 1FE or 1FF entries, since PD's banks are in 200 intervals. _________________

Great, I'll check it out and see how it goes.
Edit: Yep, that took care of the problem. _________________

Does anyone else have trouble with the "Generate PD XDelta Patch" function? My first attempt at making a backup patch for the GE:X Project ended up crashing the program after about ten minutes. The second attempt worked, but it took around twenty minutes to complete. During that time, I am unable to click on anything, for fear of the Editor screwing up. Applying the patch is quick and simple, but generating one seems to take forever. _________________

It does take a long time. I guess because there are so many matches. I lowered buffer size if you want to try it now. |

I try to open a file in the Goldeneye side, but it doesn't work, the program closes on the instant I click it. _________________ Also known as Spyster or Nyxem
