Ok iv been thinking. Can goldeneye provide snow type effects? Or snow like PD? Or can GE simply not handle or process it?

| afaik GE doesn't have weather effects, so I don't think so, unless Zoinkity can correct me. |

One of those weird false memories, I swear it used to snow in Surface 2. Clearly someone went back and mucked with the timeline, preventing weather effects from being implemented in GoldenEye.  |
