When I try to change the MT and save the rom I keep getting this error.
File > 0x11850, delete debug data.

Click delete debug data in 21990 then write rom. |

Yeah, it's a good idea to do this with any new ROM project. Even the smallest of modifications can cause that file to compress too big, so deleting the debug data reduces that chance to practically nil. You only need to do it once at the beginning of your changes, too. As soon as you've saved it for the first time, you won't have to do it again for that ROM. _________________
