Is anybody here started working or planning for a project for GoldenEye 007? Is there like any project to change everything to Perfect Dark, but in the GoldenEye 007 engine just like Perfect Dark BETA?

You'd have to make some substantial changes.
Perfect Dark had levels with more rooms than what GE supported, ie: Area 51. It's not an easy fix either. Moving the tables is easy, but all 1-byte room numbers in all structs would need to change to 2-bytes, all code reading them and setting them, and some structs (like the entire objpos table) would have to be completely rewritten.

Having already smacked my head against a wall trying to edit the objpos table in a different way, I can tell you it's a living nightmare. Thank you SubDrag for that experience ;*)

There are a couple stages, objects, and characters imported, but not a full mod.

It's fun bringing certain things over from PD to GE (like characters, props, levels, and guns [well, they need some additional work]), but as far as a whole conversion goes, I think we'd be taking a big step backwards. No secondary functions, no reload animations, no voice overs, no Sims in multiplayer, no cooperative missions, no elevators, and far less control over various aspects of multi. It would really transform the game into something else. Something beneath what Rare managed to create with PD. It would still be neat to see it, but I don't think the desire is quite the same.

I've always wanted to see this done too, Perfect Dark in the GE engine. Despite lack of functionality for a lot of things I think it would be pretty cool/different to play.
