The Mario 007 is a real trip, and I see a Perfect Dark one is currently WIP.
Why not Banjo?
Why? Because people are busy with other stuff.
I recently did a fresh install of windows on my PC and thought I would learn Blender and try my hand at some amateur hacking with Banjo’s Backpack, and with Goldeneye setup. Franky, if I get anything done I will be amused.
First I am learning Blender as that was recommended to me.
That all aside, How difficult is it to import the Banjo model into GoldenEye?

and here in the forums check Wreck's Combat simulator expansion instructions,

you can add a lot more mod stages, bodies, heads, & weapons,
in case you want to keep the OG chars along with ur new ones
there is one thing missing from that list
so i'll add a question briefly.
at the last time tho, i had more success, replacing objects with anything, even body models, i don't know if my install of the editor was broken-
as an experiment, look for body replacement gameshark codes,
and object values, replace bodies with objects and you will find out that a lot of objects kinda work well as "bodies"
i tell you this because single player objects could be cannibalized to work as bodies weapons and arms.
(a lot of objects also work as arms, even weapon models work as arms)
a combat sim only mod of the game could include mario characters, banjo kazooie characters, conker, and donkey kong characters, maybe even e some zelda ones |

Ordinance exported from BanjoTooie. Once I truly understand what I am doing I will import it into GoldenEye. This is the Stack from GoldenEye, but you probably already new that. I thought it would be interesting if it could be put into GoldenEye and some modifications.
