Couple more things...

Type 07 Elevator Related
0x2C ID (links parts)
(doors and lifts in Courier are this type)

Types 2D & 2F
0x34 Open Method [Flashes if set]
0000 Cannot Open
0008 B Press
0020 Item/Gadget
(not sure how it knows which)

Type A3 Security Door & Type AA Security Gate Door
0x2E Door Status
0000 Open (State 1?)
0001 Closed (State 2?)
(can only activate once via nearby keypad or card reader)

Also, the "unknown" at 0x04 appears to be a speed modifier for certain objects, or at least those I found that have a value set there in Courier. The safety deposit box lid, security gate, security doors, and the lifts. Altering these values changes how quickly they operate. I couldn't get it to work on a regular door type, so perhaps only certain types can utilize it, or I missed something. It may be used for other things, but at least we know some of them.

I've found walking sound fx set used. It's at 0x3A of Type 18, and incredibly enough, even in the actual room Type 46 (maybe others, too, like Room 42). Looks like the whole floor will share the same sound, even if there is say a carpet over wooden boards, so very simple design.

These probably are not totally accurate...
0000 Default
0001 Stone
0002 Dirt
0003 Snow
0004 Metal
0005 Water
0006 Wood
0007 Grass
0008 Metal
0009 Default
(I stopped here)

Oh, the Hit Type @ 0x3E also seems to affect the rooms, but I should test further.

Alright, so I think types 24, 25 and 26 are also spawn points. I was testing the Silo Surprise MP map, killing P1 over and over to see where they spawn, and they would show at those three locations. It did also use Type 23 spawn, which is normally used for solo (maybe for starter weapon?). I need to confirm, but I think the values at 0x2C and 0x2E may be game type related. It can use either 0000 or 0001 in those spots, from what I am seeing, and not all the spawn points are being used in a standard match in this map.

Yeah, it appears to be for (at least) Capture the Flag mode. Type 2C, anyway. [and later confirmed Briefcase]
0x2C Team: 0000 Red or 0001 Blue
0x2E Mode: 0000 Non-Capture or 0001 Capture

I don't have everything unlocked, but the rest of the available modes seemed to pull from any of the other spawn types (23-26 and 2C), which did not have the Capture setting on them.

Also, here is some more type data for multi specials...

Type 5B Hill
0x2C Size Modifier (0003 is common)

Type 63 Satellite
0x2C Number (0001-0003)

Type 64 Flag / Briefcase
0x2C Team: 0000 Red or 0001 Blue

Type 66 Flag Base / Briefcase Base
0x2C Team: 0000 Red or 0001 Blue

Also, I am currently only speculating, but I think I see a difference between room types 42 and 46. Type 46 appears to be simple, with a flat floor to walk on. Whereas Type 42 has more going on. Either ramps, or various levels of walking space (two floors or more), possibly gaps for drops, etc.

Another one...

Type 4E Light Source
0x2C Red
0x2E Green
0x30 Blue
(not sure if any other fields get filled in, would need to check)

I kept wondering what this was for, but it clicked after I was trying to follow a player around to see if their lighting / colouring updated in different areas. The exhaust fan room in Silo Surprise helped, and then I noticed one near each wall light right after. It looks to affect highlight and shadow cast direction.

TWINE is a great game, and very under-rated, I've always thought.

Would it be possible to modify TWINE so you have a version of the game rom that:

1. List's the bot's statistics on the bot selection screen? I don't see why the game doesn't already do that.

2. Includes a fix for the bug whereby the game's textures are wrongly displayed:

https://tcrf.net/007:_The_World_Is_Not_Enough_(Nintendo_64)#Developer_Oversights

3. Somehow include the cheats "All weapons" and "Infinite ammunition"

4. Unlock absolutely everything in both single and multiplayer.

Please?

Yeah, I ended up using this not long after, to see what extra modes and weapon sets there were.

Been going over all the MP levels and noting out what is still not fully known. Hopefully I can work a few more out, but this is what I have so far...

Type 09 Jet Engine
(air raid has the two, nothing set on them)

Type 14 Lighting Sprite
(submarine has these for red lights, courier also uses some for balcony lights)

Type 1F Portal
(not listed as of yet, need to see what differentiates from 1E)

Type 27 Window Glass
(0x3E may apply hit type effect)

Type 29 Skybox
(another sky type, I will be check the settings for these)

Type 30 Briefcase / Satellite Dish
(twelve of fourteen levels have these, flashpoint has different models as Type 30, and only silo surprise had none)

Type 3A Door
(istanbul and flashpoint both use, neither have values set)

Type 3C Stairwell
(used in courier and king's ransom)
0x3A Walking Sound
0x3E Hit Type

Type 3E Death Elevation Trigger
(air raid, at 0x3C has 0008)

Type 40 Shallow Water
(in both forest and field of fire)

Type 54 Camera Scene Movement
0x2C Event ID?

Type 62 Explosion Trigger
(needs some testing)
0x2C Event ID?
0x2E 0001?
0x32 Time? (0000, 0006 or 0008?)
0x38 0000 or 000F?

Type 7C Sprinkler System
0x2C Event ID?
0x2E 0001?

Type 9A Room with Wind
(air raid, has values for walk sound 0x3A and hit type 0x3E)

Also, I now believe that Type 2C spawns can be used to reposition the player character during a mission. I noticed this while watching a playthrough of King's Ransom, and how it automatically moved and updated their rotation when the stairwell destruction scene began. I believe 0x2C sets an Event ID, which can also be used by other types to trigger together (explosions, fire, sprinklers, etc).

Made a full list of all the types using your scan txt info, so I can try to go through them one by one. Here's a few more things, though I may need to supply more data on what fields they use to set various things, if they do so. I find myself needing to watch videos of the missions on YouTube, because it's been so long since I last played past Courier.

Type 08 Drop Arm Barrier
only in Midnight Departure, on track/swings,
does use 0x36, 0x38, 0x3E

Type 0A Rotational Prop
appears to use 0x3A and 0x3E, probably walk and hits

Type 0B Exhaust Fans
0x3A Walk Sound?
0x3E Hits?
(only in Fallen Angel)

Type 21 Ladder
0x3A Walking Sound
0x3E Hit Type

Type 3D Spiral Staircase
0x3A Walking Sound
0x3E Hit Type

Types 4B and 4C are both Surveillance Camera
need to learn more about each

Type 5C Cargo Plane
(this is only used in Midnight Departure)

Type 5E Cargo Truck
(also only in Midnight Departure, but these can have more data)

Type 6B Steam
(only in Meltdown, does have extra data)

Type 6D Toxic Gas
0x2C Event ID
0x2E 00FF?
0x32 000A?
(only in Fallen Angel trap room)

Type 70 Submerged Object
(only in Meltdown, for soda cans, corpses and a table)

Type 74 Cellular Phone
(only in Fallen Angel, it appears)

Type 8C Grapple Point

Type 8E Alarm
will need to get more details

Type 90 Radio
only in midnight departure, has data

Type 96 Wall of Fire
only in masquerade x2, maybe event ID and timer?

Type 2B Surrounding Structure
(used for far off buildings, usually in a ring shape, maybe even water)

Type 2E Location Trigger
(I confirmed so for Courier, but it may be a button press for Night Watch. they do have fields used, so I can remember to test them)
0x2C Event ID
0x34 Method? (0002 approach, 0008 activate, 0020 use gadget?)
0x3E 0001?

Type 31 Alternating/Replacement Model
(if something has a broken version, or some other sort of on/off variation, it seems to swap to this. alarms, elevator call button, blown up car, etc)

Type 6F Electrical Sparks
(has blue sparks drops down)
0x2C Event ID - I assume

Type 72 Door Glass
(doors don't have glass in their model, so these are used)

Type 80 Sprinkler Water Effect
(probably needs to be in the level to have appear in sprinkler units?)

Type 95 Speedboat
(only in thames chase, these are triggered and show them following a path on the water, with enemies inside)
0x2C Event ID?
0x3E Hit Type?

Type 9D Automobile / Boat

Type 9E Automobile Windows
