...Well, that was why the notebook was used as an example. Basically, any full-screen cool effect will be okay, but anything that manipulates the resolution takes an iQue a lot longer to manage and the screen will jitter until resynchronized.

The point is more that it's okay when you're in a submenu bringing up a checklist, quite another when you're playing an FPS and the screen's wonkers while a guard comes up on you. It's also okay if you play casually but not so much if you're speedrunning. Some people have sensitivity to that kind of thing too.
At least it does manage. There's a whole class of those analog->digital converter dongles that just die on this stuff. |
