Hello there Very Happy

First of all great work on the Goldeneye Setup Editor, can't wait to try out some of your creatins on my N64.

There is one thing that I didn't quite get though. It would be nice if someone could take me through it step by step. Embarassed

How do I export a level from Goldeneye to an .obj + .mtl?

The model editor only has "Object", "Guard" and "Gun" but not "Level" to select the thing you want to export.
I want to use Goldeneye's bsp and textures in another game. Wink

Thank you very much.

For the textures, there's existing a WAD file. You can use this in Hammer.

If you don't want all textures, you can manually export them when you click in the menu first at "Tools" and then in the submenu at "Image Tools". There you can save all textures to your computer.

Now to exporting .obj files: It seems to be quite easy: First go to Visual Editor and load the level that should be exported. Then, in bottom left, there's text that says: "Edit Objects Mode". Click a few times at it and it will change to "Edit Room Positions". Now you only have to right-click at the level and there will appear a context menu with many options. Choose "Export full level to .obj" and it should export the whole level.
If you only want to export one Room, then select "Export Room --> .obj"

I hope I could help you,
quaternio
